Courtside Inn Niagara Falls

I was definitely scared by the reviews, I've stayed at lots of cheap motels but never seen reviews so low. My experience was perfectly fine. Room was reasonably clean, service was solid, location is pretty good. Walls are thin so you can hear people coughing and the furnishing is definitely outdated, but I'd say you get what you pay for. Got my deposit back two business days later as suggested.

I was wondering that there was a option of no star and got worst service from the guy working over their he was talking with the other mate and was using abusing wording and i got unsatisfactory service also talked with manager and she said it is ok she will check camera .. and no response in and no answer was given accurately she was like he is good and all.. what about the customer? The way he treated??? When asked about the name and manager over their he replied not free for you!! used abusive language, and gave me the worst service. When I complained to the manager, she brushed it off and defended the employee instead of addressing the issue. And asked about refund as well just their for 15 min then i left it Totally unprofessional and disrespectful—avoid this place at all costs

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A NICE PLACE This place is the MOST disgusting place i have ever stayed. When we talked to front desk staff they said they knew it was gross and to talk to the manager. When I tried to speak to the manager she hung up on me. She had a full on argument during my check in with another patron, bathroom had blood on walls, ceiling was falling in, cigarette holes in blankets, holes in walls, not cleaned since 1982. Towels were mildew-y. Terrible customer service.

Hotel charged me 200 bucks deposit. Which isn't credited back to my account it seen week. I called agoda they said me one month. Hotel told me I will get back withing 3-5 business day. They both don't know and will take your money instead book Marriott. In less than 200 u will get that so why go for this cheap properties. Never make the mistake of staying at this hotel. They are extremely unhelpful and show zero flexibility when it comes to addressing any issues. The hotel itself is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The rooms were not clean, and the facilities were in poor condition. The furniture was old, and it was clear that the hotel has not been renovated in years. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I strongly do not recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a waste of money, and there are much better options nearby
