Between the city council and the mayor. I'm sick of tired of seeing our money being wasted on useless stuff. Spray painting different things with stupid slogans ignoring people about road safety, especially when it comes to people ride bikes. Money going to places that it shouldn't not helping the homeless out enough. The city makes a bazillion dollars. Where is it going to? That's what I'd like to know. Not help. Adult project share either taking away the bus travel for people that are homeless. That was ridiculous. This city is doing absolutely nothing now. Your falls looks like a dump just last week as well. There was a huge fire because they side these homeless people to burn a tire with engine oil. It was so bad that the GO train had to stop start doing something for the city for the people. Not for yourselves. Quit hoarding the money and get some more places open for the homeless. How hard is that to get through your brain? And then on top of that you want to have a casino belt expand on Clifton Hill? Meanwhile, there's high crime here already enough start doing your job start cleaning up the city before it only gets worse. The amount of trafficking that goes through here as well. It's disgusting you are doing absolutely nothing about it. False words city Council

Worst experience ever. I had to meet with someone at City Hall by the name of Nick or Nicholas. He was so unprofessional and you could tell he didn't care about providing any help. He had an arrogant attitude and at the end I just left frustrated. Honestly as a tax payer I expect better from City Hall.

Why do you ignore repairing Ort Road? You put up signs that the road is in poor condition, so you are clearly aware of the problem. Use your revenue earned from your cherished speed cameras to fix the roads…

Honestly, I was so surprised at how fast, efficient and professional the service at Niagara Falls City Hall is. I had called to see if they had a same-day appointment for a marriage-license application for my fiancé and myself and they did! They were on-time (ahead of schedule, actually) and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes, processing and payment included. They were courteous and polite. And parking on the side of the road was free as well.
