I love going here they offer different classes and it's a great experience 😌

I've been training here for a few years now and highly recommend anyone interested in boxing to check it out. The coaches have a great deal of boxing knowledge. They are also athletes themselves and can teach through experience which i really respect. This gym has made me feel like part of there boxing family.

This is an amazing boxing gym I've been going there with my cousin for more than a year, they have the best training and the best coaches, they put 100% of effort to make us become good boxers. Highly recommended!

As someone who has been training and coaching boxing my whole life, i have never seen anything seen so STUPID and POINTLESS! Shame on the peroan who certified the coach!

A group of kids from our hockey team attended an off-ice training session here for strength and endurance (more sessions booked). The kids had a great time and came out sweating! It was super cost effective for a group of about 10 kids - would recommend for anyone looking to stay in top shape!
