I can’t recommend this vet office enough. I have had the unfortunate luck to have to not only rush both of my dogs in on short notice, but also most recently, all of my cats due to a bat getting into my unit and needing emergency rabies vaccines. I’m so so thankful they were accepting the vouchers from public health. The vets there, Dr.Mergl and Dr.Angie’s both out so much attention into my animals. My one dog slashed her paw open and I had rushed her to emergency in Hamilton and the called me to check in and see how she was doing and check her paw when it seemed to have not been healing well. They are so unbelievably attentive and I know if it wasn’t for them, on numerous occasions, I would have had more loss than I can manage. They have accepted my personal pets and those who come into my rescue and the rescue I’ve partnered up with. They do whatever they can to save lives and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me, my animals and the animals in the community we work hard to save. They don’t just care for you, they care about your story, how much your baby means to you, the grieve with you and care about the quality of work they do. They are and will be my NUMBER 1 recommendation. Thank you to the whole team for their amazing dedication and kindness.

This medical center works very closely with a rescue that many people are fostering cats/kittens through. Without the help and medical attention many of these cats need, the outcome would not be good for these innocent animals. Many of these cats are very challenging cases, but with the help of this vet we continue to have many happy endings. So a huge thank you goes out to this team for never giving up on an animal and working tirelessly to ensure these animals are safe and cared for.

Dr Mergl and staff have went above and beyond to take care of a cat i am fostering. He is there currently getting much needed dental surgery. Even when they are extremely busy taking care of so many ferals, spade and neuters, badly injured, surgeries etc, they wont turn you away. I highly recommend as they give excellent care to each and every cat in need.

I have not personally brought my own animals to this vet (as I have mostly exotics requiring a specialty vet), but have brought many, many rescued cats on behalf of a rescue I volunteer with to them. They are truly an amazing team of compassionate, hard working, animal loving individuals who adore the animals they work tirelessly to save. Dozens upon dozens of rescued cats and kittens would not be alive today if it wasn’t for the dedication of this incredible veterinary staff. Happy holidays to them, and I couldn’t think of a veterinarian office more wonderful to such an amazing rescue community. And here are just a few of the kitties this veterinary team has helped and saved♥️

Been coming to this clinic for years for my dog Leo and when we heard there was a different dr we were worried but we had a really great experience today with Dr Angus!! He was so thorough during our appointment, super accommodating and very knowledgeable! We were so happy with Leo’s check up today! And as usual the ladies at the front were amazing and so sweet and helpful! Thank u so much 😊
