Dr. Khimdas took care of both mine and my mothers cataracts. He is always professional, always personable and always takes time to answer any and all questions we may have. I really do not understand the negative reviews, the place is always clean, the staff have always been kind to me, yes, you have to wait in line for reception, what's wrong with that? People don't seem to understand that there are multiple doctors working out of this office, hence, different waiting rooms. Not all doctors are created equal, so I cannot speak to the care from anyone else, but I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Khimdas. I'd hate to think where I would be if I went to some other surgeon for my cataracts in this city. Trust me, he is great.

Has gone downhill. Only one at front desk staff so huge line ups. All waiting room chairs facing back of room makes it feel unwelcome. No longer selling medication forcing clients to shop online. Music is geared to the young staff not the older clientele. Very unwelcoming atmosphere

After many different clinics and specialists who had not identified my specific issues (cataract, glaucoma, pseudo exfollation, and other), I was very impressed by the attention I received and the clinical and surgical followups. While there have been busy times at the clinics, I have always been received with professional and skilled techs and doctors. We live in a large retirement community with few eye care outlets of this quality. I don't mind waiting for care when I can actually SEE positive results. Thank you to the staff and my attending Dr Khimdas.

My first visit here to have measurements taken for cataract surgery went very well. I had expected to be there two hours, but was tested almost immediately and all done in only 20 minutes. I also liked that they had wifi access.

Drm Khimdas and the entire staff of Niagara Eye Care Centre are professional, welcoming, and take their time to answer any questions that I have ever had regarding my complicated eye issues. I am confident in his abilities, as welll as his staff, to manage my eye care. Only once did I ever have to wait, and he was in a surgical emergency. I didn't mind the wait, they obviously needed him more at that time then I did, so I think I rescheduled.
