Can’t find anything online about them. Facebook is outdated. Website is outdated. For a local shop it sucks that there’s no info at all online. Y’all have good feeders, you think you would advertise. Going in the shop nobody even talks to you. You feel un welcome. Feels more like a a petting zoo than a pet store.

The store staff are absolutely wonderful. They always have what I need from food to accessories for my bearded dragon. They've got many creatures there for you to view while visiting. Definitely suggest going here.

I was in yesterday to buy a dual heat lamp with one of my work clients. He has development differences and can be uncomfortable in new situations. The two women working were amazing with him. One brought out a rat and sat beside him, so he could pet one. He even got brave and pet the tarantula on the counter with staff help. He was so happy all day telling everyone at work. The tortoises were his favorite. That is remarkable customer service. They are patient, educational and adapt to whoever the customer is and maintain safety. Great job ladies, as always.

The owner Carol, is always friendly and helpful about all the critters. For anyone who loves the exotic pets, this is the place to be!

Absolutely amazing shop and helped me buy my first snake!! They allowed me to pay in full and pick her up when I was ready. And now little noodle Is all comfy and cozy in her new forever home, thank you so much team!! Definitely coming back and is my #1 shop for frozen rodents to feed 😁
