Celebrating one full year of living here, I can confidently say: read the reviews, but also come experience it firsthand. You’ll be welcomed by friendly faces, and the property manager, Paula, has made living here a breeze with her quick responses to any issues—whether it’s repairs or administrative matters. For the price I pay, this is probably the best place on Lundys Lane.

I’ve been living at Niagara Executive Suites since last year, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and have all the modern touches that make it feel like home right from the start. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Paula, the property manager. From day one, she’s been so kind and approachable. She’s always on top of things, making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are taken care of. It really makes a difference to live somewhere where you know the management genuinely cares. I’m so glad I found this place—it’s truly been a fantastic home.

I have been here since October last year and I can promise you the decision to stay here was one of the best I ever made. This is by far the best apartments on the block. Close to all the best places in Niagara falls. Less than 10 minutes drive to the Falls!! Surrounded by amazing restaurants and all the best supermarkets are just minutes drive...you can even walk to them if you choose! The staff, awesome awesome people. It's almost like they live with you when you bring your problems to them. Love this place!

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment. The rent was reasonable, the rooms were well-maintained, and everything about the place was great. What truly made my stay exceptional was the property manager—one of the best people I’ve met since moving to Canada. She was always available, easy to reach, and quick to resolve any concerns we had.
