Niagara Escapement | Escape Rooms & Board Games

I truly wish there was a way to rate HIGHER. By far, me and my fiancé's favorite place for escape rooms! We hage done Easy Bake Oven, The Last Christmas, and The Honeymoon Suite. I wish we could go back and do all of the rooms for the first time over and over again. The owner(s) are the some of the kindest, most welcoming people, making the entire experience just THAT much better! Each room is designed so well, even having 2 people, the rooms were able to be completed in a difficult, yet fun way! If I had ANY negative feedback, would only be that they do not have 50+ rooms for us to keep coming back every weekend!!!

It was a lovely time with friends. The employees are extremely nice and socialable. The escape rooms are well thought out and quote enjoyable to try to figure out. Also, they have an amazing board game collection. Everything here is fairly priced and you are absolutely going to have a fun time!

Loved this!!! Came as a family and had so much fun! The owner is especially kind and helpful. Really enjoyed the challenge and can't wait to come back. They also have an amazing selection of board games, more than many other game cafes I have seen, so want to come back and play some games too. I especially like that's it's not in tourist area. Highly recommend.

Review of the Board Game Cafe portion only! My friend and I came here on a random rainy Saturday, and it ended up being the best decision of the day! We had a blast playing many different games for 4 hours! You absolutely cannot go wrong with the price either. It was $5 per person with no time limit. Where can you get entertainment value of $5 for 4 hours, especially in Niagara??? No where! They also have snacks, drinks and a bunch of craft beer. We also ordered some of those and the price was still fantastic. We will be coming here again in the future!

My favourite store in all of Niagara. I go here a couple times a month to play board games with my family, and it's always the highlight of my weekend when we do. The MASSIVE selection of board games allows you to try out games that interest you without having to buy them, although you'll likely end up getting some because you like them so much. The owners are extremely nice and very knowledgeable, they can recommend games that fit exactly what you're looking for either through game mechanics or theme. We've also started doing the escape rooms, which are one of the most fun things I've ever done. The rooms are designed very well, somehow offering a challenge for adults but also having things that even my 11 year old son was able to figure out. I can't recommend this place enough, as you can have an entire afternoon of fun for just the $5/person sitting fee to play board games.
