Couple months ago I had to call him and they were very helpful when I almost chopped my finger off

I am dealing with Stage 4 COPD and I am on oxygen 24/7 and medications (inhalers, puffers, etc.). Yesterday evening, I experienced a major flare-up and could no more get my breathing under control, and it got very scary. My wife called 911 and two paramedics (Niagara EMS - Unit 2129) were at my house within 5 minutes or less. They were absolutely wonderful and after thoroughly checking all my vitals, they did everything in their power to stabilize my condition and provided many suggestions in case of more flare-ups in the future. We could not have asked for better. They both were so caring and so reassuring, and very friendly and professional. In the past 10 years, we dealt a few times with Niagara EMS and the paramedics, and each time the experience has been so uplifting. The paramedics and the entire Niagara EMS team definitely earned our full respect and we are extremely grateful to them.

EMS Heros Emily, Eli and Dustin saved my moms life after she was swarmed and stung by 30 - 40 ground wasps while gardening, causing her to go in and out of consciousness with shallow breaths They were cool, calm and extremely professional when assessing my mother and her vitals. I'm grateful for the care they provided.

I would like to publicly thank the EMS palliative care team for the loving care and support they provided to my mother in law during her final days. Special thanks goes to Jill, Trevor, Dan and Lynn. We will be forever grateful for your time, support, help and comfort you provided to our family during those difficult days. A few minutes ago ( 6:10 pm) in TimHortons at Niagara falls and Chapowa bredge a man called himself Gemy, around 60 years old ( mostly homeless) was sitting that 2 young person of medical emergency crew of 911 arrived. They introduced themselves to the guy but the man was out of control talking nonsense to the crew. Th medical crews handled him very humble and humain that made me feeling proud of our 911 crews. Thanks
