Matt is an absolute godsend. I know that for many woman walking into a computer repair shop feels the equivalent to walking into a car mechanics. I was distraught that my laptop was fried and I didn’t backup (I have now learned my lesson and ordered an external hard drive). Matt was beyond compassionate and informed me of all the problems and how it can be resolved. Although my laptop is done - he was able to get my data (which is incredibly important to my situation). If you are looking for help with repair, It’s worth the money and I will be absolutely recommending this place to everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We brought our computer in bc we could not get out of recovery mode. The gentleman told me he might have to install windows ect which would cost quite a bit. When he was done all he did was wipe the computer for us. He never charged you for anything that was not needed. They never tried to upsell or make you pay for stuff you didn’t need. He also fixed a couple things and never charged. Very honest and reliable people. Would recommend to anyone We need more businesses like these around . Thank you for helping us

100 percent recommend this company. I had an issue with my Mac desk top . I brought it in and Matt looked at in very quickly and suggested I take it to a Mac repair shop in St Catharines . He suggested it will most likely be the hard drive and he didn’t have to proper tool . I was so grateful for his honesty and referral to the right people to help me . Long story short it was the hard drive , I had it repaired quickly and it didn’t break the bank . I was so grateful for his honesty and the advice to take it to reputable place that could help me get it fixed promptly . I will definitely go back to Niagara Electronics the entire staff seem honest, friendly and reliable.

I have dealt with Niagara Electronics for many years. I purchased a computer in 2011 and still am using it. Today my antivirus wasn't working . A quick call to Joe and he removed and reinstalled the program remotely. Joe and Matt are professional, always pleasant and great to talk to. I trust and highly recommend them for any computer needs.
