I had a very poor experience with this ENT clinic. My first referral got no callback for over a year, and after a second referral, it took six months to hear back. On the appointment day, I was late by a couple of minutes due to the same health issue I was seeing them for. I was still within 10 minutes of the appointment when the secretary called. I couldn’t pick up while driving, but the voicemail said I owed $100 for supposedly missing it. I turned around and went home and got another call five minutes later. The secretary lacks communication skills needed in a medical field. After reading other reviews, it’s a common pattern, likely holding the practice back. I wouldn’t recommend them

The doctor almost hit one of my employees in the back parking lot with his car and started making racial slurs to our produce guy. Unprofessional.

Wish if was 0 star for this place, stay away from this place, the older lady at the reception extremely rude when talking and or dealing with people . I don’t think she likes even talking to people or even dealing with people. Her response didn’t make sense at all. Her boss should do something about her as well as hire better reception

Giving this place a one star review is a stretch. They treat patients differently. The receptionist was extremely rude. I waited for over an hour only for her to skip over my appointment and give it to the patient after me. When I confronted the receptionist, she insisted that the other patient arrived first, which was definitely not true. After her appointment, the patient that was given my time confirmed that her appointment time was after mine and that I was there first. Even with all of this, the doctor agrees with all of the dirty lies that the receptionist told me. Whatever these people think they are doing, they are not doing anything right.
