Niagara Dental Health Centre

I had a great experience at Niagara Dental Health Centre. The whole team made me feel I was in a good place and in kind and caring hands. The dentist explained very clearly what was needed and carried out the procedure without any discomfort. I am recommending this place to all my family and friends. PS...the price was great too!

Not a good experience. He’s not a good dentist.

I have been looking around for a dentist office to get my tooth removed because I wasn't able to get any rest for the weekend. So I called early monday morning as they had themselves advertised as able to do payment plans, and when I get someone on the line firstly it was the Dr dont remember the name but he wasnt pleasant to talk to at all and when I asked about the payment plan instead of being understanding saying sorry i dont do that anymore or an answer a human being should get instead I got "I don't do that". So I advised it was on the website and then not a thanks for letting me know or a oh our mistake nope he hangs up on me. Now obviously he heard me cause it's not here anymore from searching it in google but still people that work with patients need to learn how to act n speak right and why do I know cause I work with patients myself. Wasnt expecting a hand out just expecting proper service from businesses that are supposed to be there for people. Note had to give a star to post or it would have ZERO stars.
