Niagara Dance & Fitness Studio

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at NDFS! The studio director and teachers are highly professional and truly dedicated to helping each dancer grow. Since joining, my daughter has made incredible progress and is already looking forward to next season. We’ve also met some truly wonderful parents which has made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend this studio to anyone seeking a supportive yet challenging environment for their dancer!

Both my daughters attend dance at Niagara Dance & Fitness Studio, my oldest is new to the competitive team and absolutely LOVES it, she has really come out of her shell and is enjoying every single moment. Brenda is extremely professional and has so much love for dance and her dancers. Looking forward to watching my girls continue to thrive!!!

My six-year-old was so excited to start dance! She had been bouncing up on and down when the day finally came! I set up all the registration with the owner of the studio, so she was expecting us. We walked up the stairs to buy her leotard and tights and shoes. The owner was standing there and gave us a perplexed looked and asked us sternly, what we were doing there. I said we were there for my daughter's dance lesson. She still looked at us like we were so out of place. My sensitive 6-year olds heart was instantly broken. She started to cry and was scared and did not want to go to her lesson. Once the owner realized who we were, she quickly tried to make it up. I was not impressed. Maybe that set the tone for our entire experience there. I felt there was zero communication to us about upcoming events, upcoming costume days. Would not recommend, we will not be going back. Never do that to a child

From the very beginning, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Rena, and the members of the studio have been welcoming, encouraging, and kind. Not only have I improved as a dancer throughout my time with Niagara Dance & Fitness, but I have had a wonderful time connecting with others in my community. I am so excited to continue dancing next season!

This studio is wonderful! The teachers are great with their students. I was very impressed on how smoothly the recital flowed last year (our first year with this studio), if there was chaos behind the scenes the audience couldn't tell.The director has done a wonderful job at keeping up the dancers routine throughout covid too. Excited for my daughter to continue at the studio for many years to come.
