I had my daughter open this account for me just so I could leave this review about the exceptional service I received from Karen. From the moment I walked into the showroom, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness that I immediately felt comfortable and cared for. Karen didn’t just “sell” me countertops—she guided me through the entire process like a trusted friend. I was feeling overwhelmed by all the options (granite, quartz, patterns, edges—you name it), but Karen patiently took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, which is rare these days. Instead, she helped me find something that matched both my taste and my budget perfectly. What impressed me most was her incredible attention to detail. She noticed things I hadn’t even thought about—like how the lighting in my kitchen would affect the color of the stone, or how a certain edge profile would make cleaning easier for me. She even followed up after installation to make sure everything went smoothly, which meant the world to me. The installation team was also friendly, respectful, and did a great job at cleaning up when they were finished. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new countertops and the service I received from start to finish!

Went to Niagara Counter tops with my girlfriend to order a countertop. Brought them a diagram of my countertop with all the measurements and explained it in detail. Dealt with a girl named Karen who works there and moonlights as a real estate agent. We picked out the remnant we liked , got a price & reviewed my sketch with measurements again. Waited almost 2 weeks for the countertop. Arranged to go pick it up when it was done. This company offered no visit to measure or offer to deliver the countertop. This time when i picked up the countertop i dealt with another lady who had no clue about me picking up or know where the countertop was located in the shop. When i brought the countertop home and placed it on the vanity , the sinks were not in the right location, drain was 3" off from center. For a company that only does counter tops, you think they would know if the front edge to this sink did not look right. Tried calling 4 times that same day to talk to them about the error but no answer. So i drove there and managed to find the owner who was the most arrogant person i have ever met. We went to the design girl and located my sketch. He first agreed to replace it at no cost but a couple days later he called me and put the blame on me and was insisting that i give more money to make a new one. I told him to go where the sun don't shine. Would never never deal there again. I did order a new counter top at Counter Top Service in Niagara Falls. Gave me new top with larger sinks for less money. What a bunch of GREAT GUYS THERE, they had no problem understanding my sketch and even came over to double check the measurements. Had my new top in 3 day, delivered & Placed on the vanity. They even disposed of my old counter top and the piece of garbage that Niagara Counter top in Welland made at no extra charge. I even ordered my new kitchen counter top with these guys who are much cheaper and better. MUST GO TO COUNTER TOP SERVICE. very disgusted customer.....

What a wonderful experience! The whole process went super fast, from Michelle showing us all available options to Peter and his team measuring, cutting and installing the quartz slab we selected, it only took two weeks! We LOVE our new countertop! So much craftsmanship going into the careful placement of the seam so it's barely visible, integrating and installing our new sink, it just looks spectacular! Thank you so much, everybody!

OMG, such an awesome group to deal with. We had to replace a countertop that was damaged (by another provider) by their installation. Michelle (and another lady, I forget her name) in the showroom was amazingly helpful in helping us decide what to replace it with. We took multiple samples home on several occasions, and had several email communications. The templating by Dave was extremely thorough and absolutely precise. On the installation day, Sven, Peter and the rest of the 'muscle' did an amazing job to remove a rather poorly installed countertop, and gave us the counter we'd always wanted. They stayed until it completely met our expectations and were very attentive to all of our questions and concerns - having had a very bad experience with the other installer. I can't recommend Niagara Countertops enough - we'll definitely use them again in the future if/when the need arises.

We had a great experience working with Zeke and his staff. From our initial consultation, product, color selection and order, to the sizing appointment and install, the team was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. We are very happy with the fit and finish of our new counter.
