A fantastic local family business! I wanted to purchase a custom built gaming pc, and they made it such a seamless, stress-free process. Griffin and I discussed my budget, and he assessed my priorities for my PC. By doing this, he was able to provide me with a build that was everything I needed, within my budget, and also absolutely beautiful. It was also packaged back up in such a way that I was able to get it out of the box on my own. I've now had it for 3 months, and it is truly my pride and joy. From large demanding games, to streaming, to video editing, there is nothing it cant handle, even on wifi. Any questions I've had have been met with patience and extensive knowledge. When it comes to technology, especially if you aren't tech savvy yourself, it is important to have people that you can trust for advice and service. The people at Niagara Computer Systems are both trustworthy and knowledgeable. If my grandparents ever needed tech support or services, I would send them here, because I know I don't have to worry about them being taken advantage of or scammed.

They dismissed my laptop as too old to consider fixing its power problem. Instead, I found a $26 replacement battery on eBay and a $35 adapter/step-down transformer via another shop and was back in business in under a week. Not cool, NCS; not cool.

I was on a girls' trip in NOTL when my Pixel phone decided to give me some serious problems. ALL of our tickets and reservations were on my phone and I couldn't access them. These wonderful gentlemen took time out of their busy day to troubleshoot the problem. They solved the issue for me and literally saved our vacation, all out of the goodness of their hearts. An absolute incredible experience. Ryan is a passionate individual who never made me feel like I was asking a silly question. I could tell he was genuinely excited not only to teach me about the world of PC - but ensure my custom build was everything I was envisioning. Highly recommend!

Just purchased first time ever a refurbished machine at Niagara Computer Systems in Virgil. Ryan was fantastic helping me figure out what kind of machine would suit my needs and telling my why refurbished is a perfectly fine route to go. He cleaned up files,accounts and transferred my content over without a hitch. He had me ready to go in a few days. (Be patient .. it is a small shop!) Extremely knowledgeable and no question from the customer is too dumb. Highly recommend this shop and Ryan's helpful service - so happy to have a local computer whiz to call upon!
