Niagara Christian Gleaners

Love this place – recently attended with my senior uncle, Christian or not the notion of taking our surplus food and sending it to those in need around the globe is inherently beautiful! The volunteers here that we worked with we’re all super welcoming, super enjoyable, coffee, time together, and when you’re done the short shift, it actually feels like you’ve moved the world forward a little bit.

This is an amazing organization. The people are so welcoming and kind. They all feel like family to me already and I started volunteering a couple weeks ago. Pete and Ryan do great with managing the place. Come check it out!

This place does amazing work. Selfless, caring and a great sense of community. Anyone can volunteer and feel immediately drawn to the work and cause of rescuing surplus food and turning it to food aid for distribution to struggling communities around the world.

With so much to do, the morning just flies by when you volunteer! So satisfying to see wasted food go to those who are impoverished and vulnerable. Such a great organization that is well run, with opportunity to met some great hard working people who share commonality in caring for the poor.

Niagara Christian Gleaners is an amazing ministry that seeks to right a wrong in the area of food waste and to be a conduit of mercy in a hurting, hungry world. This is all done in the name of Jesus Christ and for God's glory.
