I purchased a head stone when my wife passed away about 5 years ago. Never really new much about them So now 5 years later it is very bad. And you can t even read what it said on the stone Very poor quality stone at a very high price. Called the store. And they want me to pay to fix it So much for customer service I guess once they got your money. They don t care to no you So be aware before you buy and shop around before you pay Your suppose to do this once and last a life time with no issues. Haha lol. Not with this company so be a smart shopper. And invest your money wisely I was taken advantage of at a very bad time in life when your burying a loved one.

I highly recommend this place. had a Stone made for my Dad recently the stone loved it, the lady was most patient and understanding. hopefully never have to come back there, but this place is highly recommended..thanks again

Very nice and clean place, very organized and very help with our needs and wants and very patient with us to make sure they understood what we wanted for a headstone 🪦 and the design they made it easy and affordable to our budget as well. Carrie was the best staying in contact with us through out the whole process and we look forward to seeing the finished product on our grave site this summer. Thank you Carrie for all your help and understanding and patience with us as we went through a couple of design changes until we got it what we wanted. Thank you to the design team behind the scene that had to put up with our picky design choose which they made from stretch cause we wanted a bowling 🎳 ball and pins design on our headstone 🪦 which they had never done before. So they had to work with us to get it the way we wanted it. They did a good job on the design and now we wait for the finish product to see what it looks like. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this company after recently having to procure their services in Niagara Falls. The staff that I have dealt with have been extremely caring, pleasant and compassionate, which makes an experience like this much easier and lessens the stress that one might be enduring under these circumstances. This company went above and beyond in their efforts to please me and to provide the excellent service that they did. They were more than understanding when I made changes to the original order, and they have never given me one moment of concern as to whether or not my wishes would be fulfilled.
