Niagara BJJ

I have been to both niagara falls and welland locations. Both spaces are very clean and the people who train there is what makes this place special. I have been to ALL of the Bjj and striking places in st.catharines - this place has the perfect balance of "arms wide open" and beginners training along side seasoned goers. I felt welcomed and respected. I personally take the Muay Thai classes and Cody is an incredible teacher. My kids are signed up to the kids classes and they LOVE it. Cody is amazing with the kids. I couldn't recommend Niagara BJJ more, they have a very good trial program and anyone thinking about trying Niagara BJJ should 100% try it.

I came to train here when I was in town to visit family. Right away I felt at home here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The mat space was really clean. I learned some awesome techniques and had some really fun rolls with the team. On the way out I picked up a really cool Nogi set. I will definitely come back and train here next time I’m in the area.

Me and my 4-year-old train at Niagara BJJ, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Coaches are amazing, supportive, patient, and great with beginners. My child always looks forward to Ninja class and is learning so much while having fun. My Kid started when he just turned 4. We just let the coaches do their thing and let our kid enjoy his own journey through the sport Huge thanks to Professor Kevin, Coach Juliet, Coach Catherine, and all the awesome youth/kids coaches for your help and guidance (cant name them all but they are all awesome) Highly recommend this gym for families looking to get into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

Kevin has built an amazing team and he is an awesome guy and a great instructor. Scott and Reggie are added features to the gym. The facility is spacious, lots of mat space and the environment is fantastic and I highly recommend training there!!

Amazing Gym. The professors and coaches are all excellent. Kids classes are amazing. Builds confidence and great exercise. They offer lots of classes and times. Definitely recommend. They also offer a great “free trial period” to give it a try before you commit.
