An amazing atmosphere with incredible people. When people say jiu jitsu is a community, they are referring to Niagara BJJ. Everyone there can be described as "salt of the earth". All the instructors are welcome and have zero ego. I love it.

Awesome gym! The coaches are super knowledgeable and patient, and the vibe is really friendly. Classes are a good mix of drills and rolling. I like that I can learn at my own pace since I’m a bit slower, but there are also lots of high-level competitors here.

BJJ and Striking have become an integral activity for our whole family! Working together with our kids to stay strong, mentally and physically, with the amazing coaches at Niagara BJJ!! Great kids classes and great adult classes too!

Best Brazilian Jujitsu gym hands down. The instructors are knowledgeable, fabulous with my children as well as the adults. I'm so glad I got back into martial arts after a break of many years.

I've been to Niagara BJJ for almost 2 years now, I was initially nervous about the transition coming from another acacdemy. Everyone at Niagara BJJ made me feel incredidbly welcoming and comfortable from day one. If your a beginner just starting or having or just switching academies like myself, I cannot say enough about how amazing everyone has been from the front desk, to my training partners, to the instructors. They are my family away from home and on the mats. :) Thanks to the guidance of my instructors, i've seen significant improvements in my skills and confidence at a ripe age of 53 !! Highly recommended !!!
