My car got towed into the shop for a presumed battery or alternator issue, but it ended up being just a misconnected electrical issue. The entire team was great and they were able to get my car finished ahead of schedule, I was lucky that I only ended up having to pay for the labour. Great experience would definitely recommend!

Went in for a tire change over and Brianna greated me as I walked in and was extremely kind. She got me in right away. She was knowledgeable in the services I required and was very kind and attentive with updates to other customers about their vehicles. Was a pleasure dealing with her.

I am sorry for the one star rating this is because of the new AI answering program. Niagara Battery and Tire is amazing and I love the staff and the service they provide. But as far as the New AI answering service goes it is the worst. I do not have the ability to wait for a call back. The service industry is going to hell over this. I had this same problem with VW today. This AI shit is making booking appointments impossible!

I was there about a month ago to get winter tires installed on steel rims for my wife's vehicle. Things were getting a bit complicated until Nishita stepped in. She is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. Congrats to whoever hired her — she’s a real asset to the team!
