Niagara Battery & Tire

I can't think of a better place to take my cars to get fixed whether it's a sinple repair, oil change, tire replacements or brakes and much more. Clinton and his staff take the time to fully explain the nature of the work and cost....my point is you know when you leave Niagara Battery and Tire you will have been treated fairly and with a peace of mind that you weren't overcharged. And It's nice bonus that they offer free tire rotations which is very important but usually neglected by car owners. Thanks Clinton for your invaluable service. Keep it up!!!

Priced tires for our forklift with Shane. Price quoted was $617.00 for 2 tires. The next day we sent in a young employee with the tires and rims to have the new tires installed. Upon receiving the receipt when our employee returned we found we were billed $1765.34. We called and spoke with Shane and then Lance and were told they misquoted the tires. Initially they said they would come here and take the tires back but then changed their minds and said they wouldn't take them back. We asked for a $500 discount. We were offered a discount on tires next time we buy tires. After several calls back and forth we ended up talking to Vance and he said he would deal with the issue but Lance called back and again restated that they were unwilling to do anything for us. Update to below response: When my employee got to Niagara Battery and Tire I was called and was told that it would take all day for them to complete the job so that I could decide whether my employee should say and wait. NEVER once was I called and told that they quoted the wrong tires. I only found this out when my employee returned and I saw the invoice. I then called Shane to discuss the price I was charged. Proof is the fact that Lance first offered to come and take them back which would not have happened if I knew of the price increase before they were installed. Niagara Battery and Tire won't stand behind the price they quote and also make false statements to cover up their errors. The response below is a 100% lie.

We had a great experience on Saturday here! We bought tires from Black Circle and had them installed here! It was done in 45 minutes, the staff was great! Ivan was really great! He gave all the information we needed and did a great job explaining everything! Overall great experience!
