Had a nail in my tire so brought it in to have fixed. The lady at the front was very friendly. Ends up the nail didn’t go through the tire and there was no charge for the visit. Very pleasant experience overall. I will return.

While I was prepared to pay more, they let me know that the work took way less time than expected, and I'd therefore be charged hundreds less. That openness and honesty is exactly what I hope for with a mechanic! They actually provided pictures and advice for one of the fixes I'm in for today (they said I had time until it would need to be fixed, but that I should watch for it progressing). They'd kept an eye out while doing my oil change, noting and documenting the issue, and explaining thay it was causing ths clunkiness that I was feeling while driving. It was honestly a relief to hear thay I was in fact feeling something off. I'd only had the car a few months and I wasn't sure, so that was basically a free inspection and it was so appreciated. All staff I've spoken to have been kind, considerate, and patient as well.

The staff were personable, and professional, providing me with quotes and expert advice regarding winter tires. The price was decent for 4 rims, and 4 Blizzaks. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my VW Tiguan vibrates like crazy now. It feels like the tires are not balanced or the rims are not seated properly. When I reach speeds of 50km/h or more the vibration is intense. My wife has to use my Jeep until the tires can be looked at since she uses the 406 daily to commute to St. Catharines because she's afraid. Hopefully it's just a balancing issue. **Edit** After checking the rims and lug nuts, the issue was all 5 lug nuts were really loose. I tightened everything up, and no longer have any issues. I set the torque to 140nm. I have given 4 stars. 1 star deducted for not putting the lug caps back on. Attention to the small details is equally important. I recommend this shop 100%.

An immediate family member purchased tires here…. and 3 months later he suddenly tragically passed away. His car is all I have of him. I’m also a single mom trying to get by like everyone else.. These tires only had approx 29,000s on them. And they started separating badly. I was so upset and I honestly thought NBT would’ve gone “ the original purchaser has passed away” route and wouldn’t warranty them even though they are clearly defective and the car remained directly in our family. But less than 3 days after making them aware of the issue ; I have new tires on the car. This shows Niagara Battery and Tire’s integrity. I believe anyone else would’ve used our tragedy as a loophole. This is the kind of company I will support in the future. Thank you to Brianna for handling everything for me with the nokian rep. I just don’t have it in me.. I appreciate you advocating for me. Thanks for not making us through hoops when we’re all too busy grieving. We will not forget this.
