brought my athletic teen daughter here with pessimism on my mind. had bad taste from previous experiences at different physio places. this place is totally different. the team is excellent. i wish i didn’t hesitate and brought her right away. i can’t say enough good things about the staff and facilities there. highly recommend.

This place and facility is amazing and my entire family uses all services there. It is clean and the people who work there are caring and efficient. I personally go for massage with Janice and she is phenomenal, flexible, personal and always accommodating!! I read a 1 STAR rating - obviously this is utter garbage and probably some disgruntled employee!! Next Niagara is awesome!!

Janice Pettit is the Registered Massage Therapist I go to for a fabulous and effective deep tissue massage when muscle aches or cramps occur after distance cycling, workouts, Pickleball or hiking. Janice has been my massage therapist even before arriving at NEXT Niagara. She has been a RMT for many years, possesses considerable knowledge and skills that has resulted is a large and very satisfied clientele. Janice also tended me weeks after my knee replacement. I am very appreciative of her service and effectiveness. I highly recommend her if you are looking for effective deep tissue massages however, expect to groan in the process as it is all part of the healing process. It would be wise to call early for any appointments as she is very much in demand. Thank you Janice!

The clinic has state-of-the-art treatments that I have not seen at other clinics. Love the red light therapy. The staff are educated and super friendly. I left each visit feeling better than I did before I went in. Would definitely recommend.

My son attended physiotherapy here for a fracture and received the highest level of treatment. The team at NEXT is so welcoming, responsive, professional and encouraging on every step of the recovery journey. The facility and treatments they offer are incredible and unmatched at any other location. The plan they developed for him had real results and they tested his progress throughout with workouts to make sure the results were lasting. At discharge my son felt the strongest he ever felt and confident that he could be back playing competitively. He also felt that the treatment helped strengthen other parts of his body and became much more confident that it would preventing future sports injuries. Can’t say enough great things about the team at NEXT, thank you for everything!
