New Wave Pools

Very upset as the closing was the worst i have experienced, use my basketball rim to drag my net that full of water in the base. Didnt run any chemicals through the system for closing nor did they clean it 1 bit. Didnt tighten the safety cover enough causing it to dip in the middle. Then didnt backwash the sand filter before closing and now I have ice coming out of the filter. Stay away from if you care about your equipment.

Great store staff. They do liners and covers too. Keep up the good work.

New Wave Pools - Incredible service! They installed and service our pool and do an AMAZING job for us. Had an big issue with a leak in the pool heater (our fault) on a wednesday nite. Got reply message before 8am Thursday. Scott, their super skilled technician at the house by 10am. Part not available immediately (like many things these days) so Scott is back at the house by 1pm to bypass heater. Part arrives, and get message from the wonderfully friendly administrator Brianne and before I can reply, my Ring camera sounds telling me Scott is there installing the part. 2 hours later problem fixed, area cleaned and they are gone. That is top shelf service! Highly recommend Chris Rowe and his crew at New Wave Pools

Woke up to a floating pool liner a few weeks ago - the pool company we were using told us they'd try to get there within the next couple of days. New Wave Pools was completing a weekly service on a neighbour's pool and came and dealt with the issue right away before our liner stretched. Thanks Tom! Now, when I call New Wave, they actually answer the phone or call back within an hour. When I go in for testing, they actually welcome you and don't make you feel like you are inconveniencing them! Tom even stopped by a week after the floating liner incident because he was in the area and just wanted to make sure all was okay! Called today to order something, they ended up getting it in same day and called back to let me know that Tom, one of their great staff members would just drop if off on his way home! I definitely recommend New Wave Pools - excellent customer service by every person we've encountered!

I hired New Wave pools to take care of my pool in St Catharines this summer and was really happy with the outcome. The customer service there is amazing, from the friendly and responsive person in the office who takes your call and takes care of any questions or issues in a friendly fast and professional way, to the technician Tom who came out every week and treated my pool like his own, babying and working on it til it was perfect. I will definitely call on them again if I need them! Shout out and huge thanks to Tom!
