Neighbourhood Connect

My company enjoyed the services of Neighbourhood Connect since 2019 and found the speed and reliability to be impeccably good. I would definitely recommend this service.

I am not sure with what is up with Neighbourhood Connect. I have leftt two voice mails and one email about having them becoming my new Internet provider. Have not had any callback or email. My daughter loves there service. Very disappointed.

Horrible service, my internet went down. They didn't get back to me for 4days...nothing, when I did get a call, said in was on my end, and didn't follow up. Came by after no internet for 2weeks! I had to make other arrangements, they texted me for their equipment. Btw they installed a type of receiver/mini tower on the roof...no other provider does this ...my recourse I don't know maybe the BBB. Just awful...fortunately I kept all texts email etc. I'm a senior on a fixed income, and feel I wasn't all that important I guess.

I have been using Neighbourhood Connect for several years now for my business, and home. I highly recommend Derek and his team. The internet service, and customer service has been exceptional, highly reliable and affordable. If I ever do have an issue, it's fixed immediately. I also love that I'm supporting a local, small business, and not a large conglomerate.

I switched to Neighbourhood Connect for my business over a year ago and will not look back. We have had no network downtime and always have 100% of my subscribed upload and download speeds. Service is very prompt, professional, and personal. Services are available to scale with my growing needs more than any other provider in the area.
