National Fitness

One of the best gyms in Hamilton. It's not too packed and have all kinds of equipment. Yeah it smells like sweat and such. It reminds me of good old school gyms. Like the ones where Arnold and the boys worked out. Its such an motivation.

Went here for 3 years and put up with the conditions until the guy at the desk cut my membership 2 months short (even though I already paid for it) and tried to squeeze another $50 out of me. I asked about the sign out front that said "$8/month" he said that was for "something else". Sorry man, but I'm not paying the utility bill for your dying building. I can head over to the YMCA where it's way better kept for $15/month.

Don't renew Don't get a membership No toilet paper No paper towel No water Broken cardio machines. Leak in roof No steam room Broken toliets Showers are in need of cleaning. Floor is disgusting Machine's are disgusting Over flow garbages Smell in bathroom and gym area Lighting is next to none Doesn't open in time and closes early

I have been with this gym for a while. Went there because it used to be good. Now it's a dump . I cleaned the empty bottles of the floor because I felt disgusted to work out in those conditions . When you have to bring your own paper towel to wipe your hands and machines it's pretty pathetic . New so called owners keep popping over night . I was asked to renew my membership and when I told them I won't be living here for long they said " sorry I can't let you in " . As a place of business I would assume that you would have some options to keep your customers happy example month to month instead of paying a full year for a place that might be closing anytime. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. It's ran by mutts who have no idea what they are doing. It's too bad because it has potential if they get some reliable people to work and manage that place .

This is the worst gym ever. Had a trainer hit on me, making advances and made feel uncomfortable. Manager lied to say we will deal with him. They should of fired him, instead they kept him on. The staff/receptionist is rude. On top of that I had 3 month free trial a year ago and came to notice they charged my credit card without my permission. Will report to the BBB (better business bureau). I do not recommend anyone to associate with this gym. Be safe people.
