Can't leave a review on National Bank itself so.. has to go here: Got switched from Motive to them. I initialled tossed everything because they were only waiving fees for one year, but after hearing they would waive them forever I was like OK, let's get a debit card and a PIN. GOOOOOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Called, got someone incompetent who couldn't understand me-- they ordered a debit card. Got the card, called to activate, that person couldn't understand me (or their job apparenty) and said they need to order a card with a PIN.. at this point this is far more work than it's worth. Just re-open the retail branches you closed and get real humans on this contintent to help clients.

Would give zero stars if possible, Hamilton branch on Upper Wentworth states they are open to 7pm on Thursdays on the website, however when I got there at 6:10 I found out that means their ABM Machines are available until that time. And I only found this out after driving over an hour to get there after work. If you're going to advertise that you're open until a time you should be more specific as to what that means!!

Terrible bank. They have no problem taking in my 3k cheques but apparently when you deposit cash they have to hold it for a week. This is the most insane thing I have ever heard of at a bank. The machine knows it's cash why don't you. Time to switch to a reputable and honest bank. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. Now your reply is to contact you thru Facebook Messenger??? Your here to help?? Already on the phone for an hour with zero help, answers or cares in the world. Update: day 7 and still holding onto my CASH deposit. NBC IS A FRAUD STAY AWAY PEOPLE

Holding someone's cash deposit on someone is absolutely insane nowadays. Thankfully I read the reviews. Be aware people

So far I gave 2 stars after speaking with someone about getting a credit card to apply did my intake over the phone I asked for a normal card no feels well they applied me for platinum card with a 70 fee after telling them I want the normal credit card no I have to to the bank and show my ID course there system would not pick up my citizenship ship card and for a person with disabilities it's hard well let's see if I get one but from my experience so far been 1 starw
