A dear friend and colleague loves Sam Toft. While planning her retirement (with a set budget) I came across this gallery on line and saw they carried her mugs. Several calls and pictures later with Thelma, I ordered the mug with clear shipping costs. Honestly while buying a mug on sale I was treated as if I was spending $5,000. Thelma was always kind, willing to send photos and extremely pleasant. Thank you!

I placed an order for an item and the purchase price included FedEx delivery charges. The item was not shipped via FedEx, but another carrier instead. I was charged an additional charge upon delivery that was more than the purchase price of the item. This was poorly handled by Natasha Bradley. They refuse to pay any part of the additional charges. I cannot recommend them to any one if you are having it shipped. We travel to the area several times a year, but will not do business with the merchant anymore.

It was my birthday and I look forward to visiting this store all year long and to my surprise I got yelled at and humiliated for just asking if you carry and lavender candles. The rude sales clerk raised and angrily told me that the lavender candles in the store a blend of other scents. Why on earth do you have to yell this to me and humiliate me on my birthday!!!! My daughter stormed out of the store in frustration. I will never visit your store again and frankly i am completed disgusted by the mal treatment I received yesterday.
