My wedding dress was botched by a different seamstress so I came in to Natalie's 2 weeks before my wedding hoping it could be salvaged. She fixed my dress in a timely manner. Natalie was professional throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease.

Natalie did an amazing job on refitting our old drapes to a new size for our new house here in Niagara. Other shops wanted 3 times as much. Thank you Natalie.

My experience at Natalie's was a disaster. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants that needed patches sewn on. A winter jacket that had a tear in the in the armpit area and a backpack that I wanted 2 patches sewn on that. She told me it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks??? Well 2 1/2 weeks later I show up and Natalie hasn't even started on my items. She tells me she'll try to get it done by the end of the week. Key word with her I've noticed is "try". This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I immediately took my stuff back and went to Fine Tailors where the kind lady did everything for me in a half hour and charged me a phenomenal rate. Never again will I go back to Natalie's. Fine Tailors was great and should get your business.

I went to Natalie's sewing after a friend recommended her. I wanted my wedding dress all one length for every layer all the way around. $280 and I had to go back because there was a 7 inch difference in some spots. Went back for her to fix it and it's still sloppy mess.
