They have been nothing but amazing from getting me a great deal on new snow tires and rims even following up with us, to getting up a last mintue tire to continue on camping trip!!

I was referred to Sider from a friend and I had really high expectations because my friend spoke so highly of them. I called them and made an appointment for my drum brakes to be done. They had me drop my car off on a Friday and they are closed on weekends, first reason why I’m upset. I was out of a car and I had to work all weekend, therefore having me to find an alternate way to work. They finally call me on Monday after doing a look over of my car and insisted that the drums were fine and that they were good for 200,000 kms but my front brakes needed to be done so they were going to do them instead… I waited around all day and until late afternoon for them to finally call me at 4:30pm saying that my car was finished. Mind you they close at 5pm and I live 20 minutes away from the shop. I get there right at 5pm and end up having to pay an absurd amount for my front brakes when I didn’t even make this appointment for them to be done. Now I still need my drums done because they’re still squealing and I spent money that could have went towards them for my fronts that didn’t even need to be done. Very frustrating and a very unpleasant experience.

Had mu SUV oil sprayed in the fall. Product they used was drip free but still was able to creep into all the places where rust could form. Will return next year to continue the maintenance. Easy to deal with and professional service. Would recommend.

Everyone at Sider Automotive is always great to deal with. Been dealing with them for 13 years now. Not a single complaint. Randy, Lilly (former owners) and Luka (current owner) are just good, honest people. Highly recommend!
