NAPA AUTOPRO – Port Colborne

Very good shop, and very trusted. When the work on my car took less time than they thought they only charged me the actual time it took, which is great as I would've never known how long. They are honest about the state of a veichle, and what repairs it needs, and are excellent at getting it done timely. They work very well with my oldish cars, as they are usually a pain to deal with.

Had our AC fixed. Explained everything and gave us a couple of options. Even said how long it might take and gave us an estimate of the cost. Everything worked out just fine. The receptionist was very friendly, the waiting area was clean and tidy. Would recommend this place. We will return if we need anything else done. Thank you, great job.

When I switched over to summer tires, the dealership in Niagara Falls told me. I needed a brake job $800 plus labor etc, 1225 total ...stopped in here. And Becky told me with my low mileage, she was doubtful. I needed a brake job. She was right, just saved $1200. So I got an oil change, and I'm storing my tires here, very honest people, and the service is great. Wish I'd a known about this place a couple years ago.

May 25 Newish car for us, low mileage, in for it’s spring oil change and check out ready for the cruising season. As expected the service was great, staff are great, honest and knowledgeable. Exactly what I look for when anyone is looking after my cars.
