Great first time experience today at Advantage Auto Pro! From the moment I called, Victoria was friendly and professional on the phone, making the whole process smooth and easy. Bryce performed the complementary diagnostic and was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable throughout. The shop itself is very clean, organized, and has such a positive energy—it really made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

The most recent time I brought my car in to have a coolant leak diagnosed. The leak was diagnosed and fixed while I waited. Bryce explained took the time and explained what was being done. Thank you!
View on GoogleAdvantage Autopro is easily one of the most unprofessional shops I’ve dealt with. The owners, Tyler and Tracy, are consistently rude, condescending, and defensive whenever real concerns are raised. Accountability seems to be an afterthought, and customers are often made to feel like they’re the problem. A customer who happened to be friends with a former employee brought his Audi TT in for a clutch job and supporting mods. The first Stage 2 kit arrived with the wrong flywheel, then after the employee was let go, Tyler’s attitude toward the situation changed completely. As the car sat waiting for the correct parts, he told the customer to “buy the parts or tow it out,” eventually pushing him into buying an OEM clutch kit through the shop just to get his car back. When it was finally returned, it had new scratches, an oil leak, and a dead speedometer that worked fine before. It’s also hard not to notice that many of the five-star reviews here appear to come from family, friends, or former staff rather than genuine customers. The pattern stands out once you read through them. If you value professionalism, honesty, and respect, do yourself a favour and take your vehicle elsewhere. There are far better shops in Niagara that actually care about their work and their reputation.

Most of my vehicles are reaching 400,000kms and they have taken care of them for most of those. I even drive all the way from Huntsville just for their quality service. If you need a high quality shop for your vehicles don’t think twice! Thank you again to the team at advantage for always being amazing!
View on GoogleAbsolutely unacceptable experience. I booked my daughter’s car in for an 8:00 AM appointment at this NAPA Autopro to replace a knock sensor and to check for possible timing issues. We were assured it would be done by 10:00 AM so she could make it to school. I signed off on the job and was quoted 1.45 hours of labour. At 10:30 AM, I drove by and saw the car was only just being pulled into the bay. By 11:00 AM, the car was out front—done. Despite the fact that the work clearly took much less than the quoted time, the full labour charge was still on the bill. When we questioned this, the owner’s wife (who was incredibly rude and condescending throughout) insisted the job was only done quickly because we were “lucky enough” to have an experienced mechanic do it. According to her, that means we still pay for the full quoted time—regardless of how long the job actually takes. Rather than argue, I paid the bill so my daughter could get to school. When my daughter asked for her keys, she was told she couldn’t have the car back until the co-owner (the husband) came out to lecture us on how faster work doesn’t equal a lower charge. Completely unprofessional and, frankly, ridiculous. I will never return to this place, and neither will any member of my family. This shop is the exact type of shady operation you’re warned about—where dishonesty is covered up with arrogance and a complete lack of customer service. Use this shop at your own risk. They’ll overcharge you, talk down to you, and then try to justify it all with excuses.
