NAPA Auto Parts – NAPA Welland

Every time I call this guy I think his name is Walter, he just keeps humming and hawing “hmm yeah” “hmmm okay” and then he always tells me that the parts too expensive or too hard to find. I’m a licensed mechanic I do this every single day and I know that he can get the parts but chooses not to. Every other Napa/APC or any parts store can get the parts or they tell me when they can get it. They don’t hum and haw and tell me to have a good day. If your job is to find parts for people why are you upset when someone asks you to find them parts.

Excellent parts staff, always have what I need, if they don't have it they can locate it!! I won't buy my parts anywhere else!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. I needed an emergency break replacement on a Saturday, so bought a caliper from NAPA in Port Colborne. The caliper they sold me was defective. Went to put it on and ball bearings started pouring out all over the place. Returned it at the original location, but they didn’t have another one. This Welland location did, but they closed at 2 and it was 1:40. We called and kindly asked if they could wait maybe an extra couple minutes as it was a bit of an emergency and we were only 15 minutes away. The guy on the phone was incredibly ignorant and rude to our situation, refusing to sell us anything, mouthing off about how he has 5 kids at home. I understand, but come on can anyone have a little empathy nowadays?! Now I’m stuck where I am until Monday, thanks NAPA! Abysmal quality checking as well as customer service… Better off shopping Canadian anyways.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this shop. Not only were they incredibly professional, kind and courteous but also very reasonable price wise. I would highly suggest and recommend you bring you business here.
