My experience with Tina at Nail Matrix has been excellent. She has done manicures for me on several occasions and I have been impressed with the time she takes to ensure that I am satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this place.

Tina was absolutely wonderful. Ive been getting my nails done for nearly 20 years and have been to pretty much every nail salon in Niagara region at least once. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I needed a nail fixed and a colour change, I was welcomed in and was out within 30 minutes. She did a fantastic job and was so welcoming. I will definitely be returning.

Got my nails done for Christmas. The lady squeezed me in which was nice, though the appointment felt very rushed. I got a fill $40, was charged $20 for ombré (no ombré machine) and only one coat of polish before the clear coat. She was very adamant about adding a design and did so at the cost of $10. I paid e-transfer and was charged tax, when typically paying etransfer or cash no tax is charged or 10% discount at other salons. Overall $90 for a fill with a tip. This was the most expensive I have paid and the most disappointed. My nails were uneven lengths and didn’t look polished. I really wanted to like this place being close to home.

Tina is the absolute sweetest! She was very accommodating getting me in early the day of my departure so that I could vacation with painted nails. Her prices are very reasonable and her services are many. Recommend 5 stars
