Nail Lounge

I came to the Nail Lounge with high hopes for a new nail place since I recently moved to Welland and they did not disappoint. I've been here twice already and will keep coming back. So far, I can highly recommend Tina, who did my pedi, a lovely lady whose name eludes me now, and Joseph who showed up and showed out. 💯customer service 💅attention to detail ‼️IG-worthy aesthetic They deserve all their flowers!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the pedicure, my foot was injured and it started bleeding. No immediate care or concern was offered — I had to ask for a bandage myself, and not once did I receive an apology. The lack of basic customer service and empathy left me feeling very hurt and dissatisfied. Accidents can happen, but acknowledging the situation and showing care is the least a customer should expect. I will not be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service.

The nails started breaking no even past a week :( I’m so disappointed I had a great experience with Win. He did my mani refill and pedi🧖‍♀️❤️ I felt comfortable to communicate with him and make changes. It was a bit quick but it was good overall

A coworker suggested a trip to Nail Lounge and I’m glad she did. I was offered a Deluxe Pedicure. So worth it!! I’m surprised I was able to walk out of the salon. Win really knows how to massage legs and feet. I absolutely the colour on my toes as well! Highly recommend!!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Decided to treat myself and my daughter for her first experience at a salon (she’s almost 3). Did not clean under any of my toe nails? Feet are still rough, polish not even applied properly. Look how horrible they look… I always choose a hot pink. Never had them look so bad ever. I could’ve done a much better job at home. No massage chair? My daughter within an hour- 9 nails on fingers had no polish. Less than 24 hours it’s already coming off her toes. I’ve painted her nails at home and they last at least a week. Absolutely the worst salon I’ve ever spent money at. Will never be back again.
