This is lovely family owned and operated store. Linda, her husband, and her (adult son) son own it. One of them is always there. They are absolutely lovely people. I've been shopping there for over a year now I believe. They want to make sure you're as happy as can be with the product. They always go above and beyond. They know every single product inside and out and are very knowledgeable. They will answer every question with enthusiasm and accuracy. You can give the worst description of what you want and they will still find something and explain it in detail. You can tell they've done a lot of homework. They are also honest and will tell you when something isn't great about the product. They have very fair pricing. They have a loyalty program where everytime you come in and purchase, you get a stamp towards 5% and 10% off. There is no minimum amount to purchase to earn a stamp. You can buy the cheapest item and get a stamp towards the discount. I'm not sure if it's only for CBD/THC product or accessories and non-consumables though. I should ask next time. Their system keeps a record of your purchases, so if you find something you love and forget what you got last time, they will bring up your name, or any made up nickname you want, and the records will be there. You have to give them your name on your initial visit though (free) to make an account. I always forget what I like, so it makes my life exceptionally easier. It is a very friendly environment, very focused on each individual customer and they value the uniqueness of everyone. They are always looking for ways to make things better in the community as well. They donate, fundraise, etc. Overall 10/10 very pleasant experience everytime I go. I get excited to see Linda and have a little chat and some laughs. I hope this store continues to thrive. ❤️
