Used Murray for house closing multiple times very knowledgeable would highly recommend him and his staff especially Danielle who will answer all your questions and make sure you understand and feel comfortable with the process.

Friendly person , Natalie was a super helpful and friendly, slightly expensive, but they go an extra mile to get things done.

I was referred here by a friend who spoke highly of this office. As such, I decided to use them for closing on a house. Although they got things done in a timely manner (3 days start to end), it was a very sloppy process. The new hire (Laura, I think her name is) managed to mess up the statement of adjustments not once, not twice, but THREE times!! This involved going to the bank 3 times and forking over additional $$ to get more bank drafts. When I brought it up to Mr. Mazza to express my dissatisfaction as a first time client, he became defensive and screamed into the phone "IT WAS A MISTAKE, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?? FIRE HER?? ARE YOU GOING TO REIMBURSE ME OR NOT?!" Very put off with my experience here and with the office's response to the feedback. Serious red flags. Icing on the cake - the friend who initially referred me has moved his business elsewhere due to the office losing his file and giving him the runaround for 2 months. Will definitely need a new lawyer next time around.
