If your looking for a shop that you can trust your car with, and get the best service possible mufflerman is what your looking for! I’ve went here for an oil change, and a brake repair, for my dodge charger and Rodger was very experienced and professional in explaining the issues and quickly getting my car back to me with no complaints whatsoever. Rodger also showed me another issue I wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t do a thorough inspection that prevented me from having further issues, and expensive repairs with my car in the future. Went to muffler man on mcelod rd for issues with my Jeep . I have never been to this shop before. The way I was treated how and the service received from start to finish was awesome !!!! I would recommend everyone who's local to come to this shop. I would honestly rate this shop 10 out of 10 Want to be treated like a valued customer please come talk to Roger. This shop deserves too be spot lighted for its greatness .

The customer service here is always great, they are understanding and explain everything to me. The service on my car was done as quickly as they could but still done well. They also are great at getting my car in quickly, I never have to book out weeks in advance. Thanks again!

Not very happy with the service there, I went in there to get my car to get the wheel noise checked out and the guy behind the desk asked me what I needed , I said here to get my wheel noise checked out and he said ok. Then went into the shop and with door open he said aggressive to one of the mechanics there hurry up I need this guys money. And gave them the keys. I found he doesn't actually listen when talking to him because he came back saying I needed exhaust, and then I said no thank you and he told the guys to kick it out and the one guy said not fixing and he the guy said supposedly its not exhaust but i dont care kick it out. Not happy with the customer service from the desk guy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Very unfortunate.

I’ve been going to muffler Man and to see Roger for over 10 years he never disappoints, and I always get a more than fair deal and fair pricing with him with any car repair that I’ve ever had. He personally ensures that I’m aware of what the price is before they go ahead and fix it also shows me the worn out parts after he has them replaced and is very accommodating in trying to get me the best deal and fix my car as soon as possible. The Mechanics are amazing. I’ve not had any issues with any repairs that muffler man has ever done for me. They are fast and efficient and Roger is an extremely kind and efficient manager.
