Where do I even start, I joined Muay Thai Niagara about 3 years ago, and it’s been an incredible journey so far. From the friends that I have made at the gym, to the progress I have made with my training, this gym and its coaches will forever have a place in my heart as it helped show me what I’m truly passionate about and what my dreams are and how to pursue them. It doesn’t matter if your a complete beginner or a competitive athlete because the coaches will give you everything you need to step your game up, wether your goal is to compete, to stay in shape, or if you just heard your friends talking about Muay Thai and just want to give it a try. This gym is the gym for you, it has a fantastic community, fantastic coaching, great equipment, and you really do feel like you gain a second family. MTN has lit a fire under me, the gym had a Thailand trip this year and we travelled as a team to Thailand for two weeks, but I loved the place so much I ended up staying for two months, and competed in 3 fights with professional rules, that wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for MTN. This is the gym that sparked my passion and showed me how to chase my dreams and I will always be thankful for that, and my testimony isn’t unique to just myself, I guarantee you that if you ask any past or present members of the gym they will tell you the same things as me. JOIN THE MTN FAMILY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

I don't have enough words to describe how great this place is. I think what it gets down to is the culture Ajahn Roger and Coach Aly have created. I've been here since 2018 and I'm never leaving. There are ZERO toxic people at this gym and that's down to the coach's and the culture. You want Muay Thai, there's no better place, I mean real Muay Thai training. You want BJJ they have a legit professor from Brazil which is kinda crazy when you think about it. You just want to do strength and conditioning, Coach Alys routines are legendary. I come out of them barely able to function, that's how much she gets out of you. That all said, 100% the best gym in the region.

This is the best gym I've ever had the privilege of joining. The coaches are very experienced and give great advice, correcting your form when required and helping you understand the theory of the techniques. The community who trains there are very friendly and there's a great culture of helping other people out, so regardless of skill level, everyone fits in. Whatever your goals are -- be it mastering the art of Muay Thai or just getting a quick workout a few times per week, there is no better place to train than MTN!

I’ve been involved in martial arts in one form or another for 29 years including a short amateur mma career so when searching for a gym to send my 6 year old I had high expectations. The facility is up to date, clean and spacious and Class sizes are very manageable with lots of training times and options. As a former coach I know how difficult it can be and that coaching is an art all in itself. Muay Thai coaches Kru and Mark are top notch! They pay close attention to individual needs and development and are meticulous yet patient while teaching proper technique and form. Additionally they teach and reinforce important values such as team work, empathy, perseverance, integrity and self control. I would recommend Muay Thai Niagara to anyone looking for a kids martial arts program as well as a great/fun place for adults to get in shape or further develop their fight skills

My son (15) and Daughter (9) both attend classes at Muay Thai Niagara. Over the last almost 4 years my children have found a home at Muay Thai Niagara. This is more then just a martial arts club. This is a community that supports and encourages our children to be the best they can be. To be ambassadors in our community, to be kind and loving to those around us and to always stand up for those who can not speak for themselves. Kru Roger Lumyoung and Coach Robyn along with the other amazing coaches make sure the children learn in a fun and safe environment. They say it takes a village to raise a child and I am blessed to have found such an amazing group of people that my children can look up to. Thank you so much MTN for all you do and continue to do for my family.
