I recently purchased a house with a hot tub. I went to Paradise Pools on Thorold Road in Welland. They were wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient. I was very intimidated, because I knew nothing about hot tubs. So I booked an appointment with their maintenance technician Andrew, to have the tub drained and cleaned. What an amazing experience. Andrew is very knowledgeable. He went over the operation of the tub, drained it, and cleaned it. His work is pristine. He was so helpful, very kind and very patient. I highly recommend Paradise Pools and their awesome technician, Andrew.
View on GoogleThe ino pool pool cleaner was recommended by them but it does not work well unless you have an app. But the app will not work if it's underwater. If the pool is cloudy and you can't see it and you can't see it to bring it up because you need a hook to bring it up. When we told them it wasn't working, they said it was but it wasn't. I just asked that it work especially when it was $1,200. It worked for one week last year when we first bought it at the end of the year but does not work now. I'm not pleased of how they reacted to that.
View on GoogleAfter having problems with someone else trying to fix my jacuzzi swim spa I was told to try MP. Andrew showed up on time. Was only there an hour as it was a pretty easy fix. It was up an running and up to correct temperature within 2 days. I highly recommend them for service and especially Andrew. Thanks!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleI hired Paradise Pools to close my pool this year. First they drained my pool to about 25% of the water. They failed to fill the water bags properly and 5 have fallen into the middle of the pool. Half of my pool is now uncovered. After days of trying to get in touch with them they returned and told me the water has to be filled just below the skimmer even though they drained it. They recovered the pool and the next day 3 water bags fell back in. I contacted the service department and every time I was told the service person was on the phone and would return my call. They never returned my call. I had to keep calling back. I have fixed the pool myself at this point and will NEVER hire paradise pools again. Cost me over $600.00.
View on GoogleHad our above ground pool liner replaced. Job was complete and we now have a functioning pool again. However they showed up unprepared. No paint to paint over rust spots on metal. No ladder to enter pool, they actually used some old wooden pallets I had sitting around, which is pretty unsafe and eventually I had to supply them with a ladder. Then at the end they left a mess of plastic and tape they didn't bother to clean up. I emailed my concerns to Jenn Corriveau which went unanswered. But they job was complete and so I'll give them 3 stars. Pics show untreated rust spots, my ladder and garbage left on ground.
