We had our pool cloudy for a few weeks but the numbers for chlorine and PH were right. We put in the clear tabs and it was better but still not right. Anthony kept working with us on the pool and mentioned about our sand in our filter as to when we last changed it. He was exactly right as after we replaced the sand it has been great and easy to take care of. Our sand was way too old. It was worth going here and worth the longer drive instead of going to a closer pool store. Thanks again Anthony as you are knowledgeable and it is easy to see how you enjoy helping your customers. Really helpful phone service today. niagara store verified if the StC store had the part we needed (which boldt did not have btw) . This in a long weekend too. Thank you to the young lady in NF. I didn't catch her name but she was helpful fast and friendly. Will be back

We are so happy we found this company. We are new to the Falls and had an issue with our hot tub pump. Andrew came by to confirm the problem and assisted us in getting a new pump through warranty. He returned today to install it. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgable. If I could give this company and especially Andrew 10 stars, I would. Thanks so much for your help. My pool went from a filthy nasty mess (thanks to the prior tenant) to absolutely beautiful because of these guys. They're AMAZING! They fixed it when no one else would. They took 4 hours to pump the filthy water, clean the foundation, scoop the crud out and reattach the liner. It looks the way it always should have. I highly recommend this company to anyone with pool issues.
