MP Paradise Pools and Spas

We organized our plans with Pat and he was very knowledgable and kind. He adapted his schedule to meet with us while providing his extensive experience which assisted with making final decisions. We had our pool install last summer and Paradise Pools did an amazing job. Mother Nature delayed our start date with lots of rain, however, the wonderful crew worked hard when the days were clear and dry. All staff were respectful of my property and cleaned up daily. They worked extremely hard and were very professional. I recommend that you fill a cooler with ice and drinks for the working crew to support them while they work on such hot days. A little kindness goes along way. My husband did the gas line and we hired an electrician, Wes. He was reliable, knowledgeable and very timely to get things done for us which was much appreciated. Wes has helped many Paradise Pool clients and I would highly recommend him. The equipment staff were efficient and appeared to love what they do as they laughed and smiled throughout the install. The staff at Paradise Pools continue to be welcoming and provide guidance throughout the season as we are new pool owners. They provide instructions after water testing to ensure your pool is at its best condition. As a new pool owner, you can choose an open or a close included in the cost of your pool, one time only. I chose the close and they did a great job. We are so happy with putting walk out stairs in the deep end rather than a ladder. Let's face it- who really looks that graceful getting out in the deep end using a ladder! haha! It is nice to sit on the steps and a great way to get into the pool as well. We did 6 foot stairs. If I had to do it again, I would have got 8 foot if available. As a side note, I was grateful and lucky to have my twin sister provide me with a guide/ cheat sheet to prepare me with the steps to ensure that I was prepared prior to the next phase of the planning process. This expedited the process for me. Planning for a pool is a bigger process than I imagined. I was definitely up for the challenge and ensured I had clear communication with Paradise Pool staff, leadership, crew and office staff. Thank you to Paradise Pools for a wonderful experience and your continued support and guidance. We are so pleased to have chosen such great professionals for our dream pool. I will share a few pictures. Liner- The one picture shows the liner/water fill. I would have never picked this liner by looking at it-I don't like grey! However, I went by what water colour I wanted and looked it up online and what it looks like at different depths as the colour does change. I choose Silver Antigua. It does look good with the matching grey stairs and diving board. Melissa

We had issues with our hot tub. Andrew the technician came out to service it. He was excellent. Fast and efficient and explained the problem. Great service and great technician. We’re up and running. Thanks Andrew

We had an outstanding experience with MP Paradise Pools from start to finish. We needed repairs on our in-ground pool, including a full concrete bottom and a new liner. The workmanship was meticulous—both the concrete and liner were installed with exceptional care, as if it were their own pool. Every interaction, from the office staff to the crew on site, was friendly and professional. Even when unforeseen delays came up, they communicated openly and kept us in the loop. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Mary Ann while working on getting a new pump for my hot tub. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, positive, and proactive. Even though the pump was backordered from Hydro Pool, Mary Ann went above and beyond to track it down and keep me updated every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she handled everything from ordering to follow-up with such care and professionalism. Went there to get information on a hot tub. Spoke with Pat...very knowledgeable and no sales pressure. He took the time and answered all my questions. The shop has a good selection of parts and products. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If in the market for a pool or hottub, I suggest you put these guys on your list.
