MP Paradise Pools and Spas

This is a wonderful family-owned local business with a few locations across the region. I have a small pool and hot tub, and it took me a while to figure out the best way to treat the water for my setup. There were definitely some mistakes and head-scratching moments along the way haha — but being able to bring in water samples for testing has been incredibly helpful. The staff always take the time to explain what to do and why, and I’ve consistently found everyone here to be knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I recently learned they offer home service visits for diagnosing and fixing equipment issues - as my warranty has lapsed. Although there was a bit of confusion with my service appointment, the team made everything right quickly and professionally — which really speaks to their commitment to customer care. I just got off the phone with Moe and felt motivated to share my appreciation. So here we are. Thank you to Jennifer, Andrew, and Moe for all your help. Keep up the great work!

They are so helpful with all my pool and hot tub needs. The staff are helpful with my limitations and will load my car for me so I dont hurt myself more loading heavy supplies

What a pleasure doing business with MP Paradise polls and spa. First I spoke with Jen. She was kind and understanding of my problem . She was able to send me a tech the very next day . Then Andy showed up. He was professional, honest, and friendly . I was impressed when he found the issue in minutes. In the end he gave me some tips and trick to maintain my spa. I’ve dealt with other pool companies (Pioneer, The Pool Shoppe, Tav Pools) and Paradise tops them all. They’ve closed and opened my pool inexpensively. We opened the pool to it being in the best conditions for a beginning season. They advised at closing to place a time release tablet in the pool and it absolutely worked wonders. Their customer service is where they really shine. I’ve not had to wait for assistance and their knowledge is unmatched. Other places have left me waiting around to be noticed much less served. Paradise will have my business for as long as I’ll have a pool!
