Mountainview Cycle

A very positive experience this morning at Mountainview Cycle. The owner took the time to consider why I was having frustrations with my seat and was able to point out that the issue was probably with my handlebars. He made adjustments on the spot and only let me leave when I could verify that he had been correct in his assessment.

Excellent service and experience from family owned shop. Walked in with cycle. Jarret discerned, before I sat on it, it was all set up incorrectly. His knowledge brought me to a brand new set up to fit my form well. My thighs are feeling it instead of my shoulders. Thank you!

The owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain how to use and maintain my bike, which I really appreciated. Their customer service goes above and beyond—this is definitely my go-to bike shop from now on.

This shop is amazing and they have the best customer service. They are reasonable, helpful, kind and definitely are willing to do all that they can to assist you. Jared helped me restore my classic road bike and he paid more attention to details than I did. I highly recommend going here for any cycling related needs.

This is a true family owned business. I went in to buy a bike I thought I wanted and they would have ordered it for the next day, but I was able to spend over four hours trying different bikes and riding them around. There was no pressure to buy any bike. They helped me weigh the pros and cons of bikes less expensive and more expensive than the one I went in to see. Even though they were busy they took the time to answer all of my questions and I left feeling great about my new bike.
