The quality of your home comes down to to the supervisor and the subcontractors working on your home. If you are lucky enough to get a supervisor who cares about his work and oversees the jobs being done you might get a quality product with very few issues, however this is not always the case such as in our home and quite a few others I have seen. The claim of “strong bones, quality workmanship and finiishes as well as 3 inspections before closing date is a lie. On moving we expirerenced over 100 nail pops on wall going up staircase. The staircase was roughly stained without being properly sanded and after 3 additional visits is still not done properly, several electrical issues, cracks in wall above door ways, large dent in door to garage, large cracks in basement floor which required grinding to make somewhat level as it was a hazard, issues with flooring and carpet fraying at doorways.

we bought a house from mountainview, they put all the old things in the house like taps, toilet seats, washbasins, lights all are old version. we were expecting something very nice and upgraded but they did such a nonsense job. And they took so long to put grass in the backyard and frontyard as we having kids so its so hard for them to play. Even not the sidewalk is not done not even the driveways. They should know about the weather that it’s getting bad before that they should finish their work. This is very ridiculous.

Mountainview and their team have done a tremendous job assisting in the design and build of my dream home! They have a large variety of luxury finishes and upgrades to choose from. With the assistance of their design team, my home is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. After closing their service team has been excellent and very quick to resolve any issues that have come up. Thank you Mountainview!
