This place deserves the highest praise went to test drive a 2017 Cruze. As we were pulling up they had it already started and warmed up for me to take it for a test drive we bought the car this was Thursday night after 5. We can pickup on Saturday, talk about going above and beyond for the customer, they did it. Would not hesitate to go and get another car from them. Thanks guys you are the best!!!

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the dealer was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping us. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and no effort to understand what we were looking for. We came seriously interested in buying a used car, but the attitude made it feel like our presence was a burden. Questions were answered in a cold and arrogant tone, and it genuinely felt like the dealer did not want to sell us a vehicle at all. A car dealership should make customers feel welcome and respected—this place does the opposite. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, avoid this dealer. Plenty of other places will treat you with the respect every customer deserves.

the worst dealer ship out here and giving very scammer vibes with thier service and cars The moment you have to ask for any extra information your the enemy and the customer service is out of the window These people ran my credit got me a pre approval I needed the information for my insurance company they were asking for And the guy got very rude and wouldn’t answer my calls Only texting me saying that he would email me the information When I followed up to get the information He said he didn’t want to go through with the deal anymore and I should call the company that gave me the pre approval and find another dealer ship to buy my car And blocked my number !!! Never have I ever experienced this kind of service from any company Do not waste your time with these people Everything. Happens for a reason and I definitely dodged a bullet And I’m glad they won’t be getting any money or sale from me Very disgusting and poor service they should be out of business

I purchased a car at Mottola's for my daughter and I couldn't have had a better experience! Mike was very professional and great to deal with. He really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. I asked him about some of the negative reviews he has received and Mike took the time to explain each situation. if you see a car that is of interest, don't hesitate to visit Mike. Then you can decide for yourself if he is someone you want to deal with. I am glad I did ( and so is my daughter!)

Bought a car here last month. This place is everything right with a used car dealership - excellent customer service and cares about their vehicles. The selection of cars was clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. Salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all questions without pressuring us. I've had my car for a few weeks now and has been working well. I highly recommend Mottola's!
