Tried to buy a truck from them recently. Was told to apply to buy the truck without even seeing the monthly payments, so then I asked “you want me to apply for a finance on a truck that I have no idea what the monthly payments are.” He later then sent me a 4 year finance. So when I agreed to go ahead with it and ran a credit check I was told I could not get financing on the vehicle which was weird because I was already pre approved for that amount by another company I use to finance my machines for my own business. So then I told them I will just buy the truck out with my own money, I was told not even 5 minutes later that the truck had been sold. Turns out couple days later I get a email that they had ran 3 credit checks without my consent most indefinitely affecting my credit, and the truck is not sold and still on there lot and website. This was my first time trying to buy a used vehicle and I can tell you hands down will never try again. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from this place because clearly they are willing to do this just to get a kick back on their finances for the trucks they sell.

We just took delivery of a 2014 Ford Escape SE. We came from over 3 hours away. Harry had the foresight that we would probably want to make a deal on this vehicle and not have to return to take delivery of it. He had the certification done on it and actually noticed the oil needed to be changed and had it done. We went for lunch and upon returning all the MTO paperwork was done, an insurance slip emailed to him by our insurance agent at home was printed for us and we were all ready to head back home with our new vehicle. We have been involved in many dealer transactions and this was by far the most enjoyable one we have EVER had!!! Harry was amazing to deal with in fact I am likely going to get in touch with him for another vehicle he has there!

I had a very good experience buying my new (to me) minivan here. Car shopping at big dealers is often a grueling experience. Not here. Harry was very helpful and friendly. The van had a few small problems that were fixed before I picked it up. I did a good amount of shopping around and the price of the van here at Motormax was really competitive. Great customer service and good pricing. What more can you ask for? P.S. Love my new van!
