Customer service at Motion was top-notch when shopping for a new walker/wheelchair. Sarah, Laura and Nancy (O.T.) were all so kind, knowledgeable, and supportive explaining the benefits, features and cost of options available. Ethan went above and beyond assisting my Mom with adding her handrails and extra support features. Super professional group of people that truly care about the customer.

I strongly recommend Crystal/Motion Cares. My wonderful 93 year old father living at a retirement home was having issues with getting around, waiting to be wheeled to the meal room and basically feeling dependent on others. I reached out to Crystal who was recommended by Elgin Falls retirement home. Crystal was absolutely fantastic at explaining things, super responsive, did all the leg work with applying for grant to help cover the cost of the chair (didn’t even know that was a thing). She then also reached out to my Dad’s benefits and got almost the rest covered by them. So from my stand point, I am out of town and from afar, Crystal made everything come together for my Dad and so easily. They do an assessment to make sure seniors are able to “drive” them safely – thank gosh. I am so so happy, my father has independence and he is so happy. Excellent job Crystal, I can never thank you enough.

Honestly some of the best staff and I'd say the best location. Always helpful always ordering parts in a timely manner and installation is pretty fast same day done in like a few hours got basically a new power chair. Shout out to Ann for being the absolute best gets a tech sent out asap and always gets back to you. Also shout out to Nick the tech he does great work on your power chair. The two I mentioned deserve a pay raise

Sarah and Laurie were lifesavers for me on the spot. I had dealt with another equipment provider and none of my order turned up in time for my surgery. Motion was able to supply my equipment needs on the spot. And they made sure the equipment was sized correctly for me to use. This is the only place to trust for any medical equipment needs!

My husband just received his wheelchair from Motions and Ethan was fabulous! He was very professional and listened to and addressed all of his needs to make his chair just right!
