Motel 6 Niagara Falls, On – Near The Falls

Very bad experience. Don’t recommend this place. We already booked online and at the time of check-in, they asked us to pay double the amount of security for each room. When we were going to pay they refused to pay by apple wallet and asked for physical card. Receptionist was very rude and a staff member who was there sotting near reception misbehaved with us without any reason. We didn’t stay there after all that and after sometimes receptionist again called us that you can come back and tap now. We don’t find the place safe so we didn’t go back. Not recommended. Environment was not safe.

Overall really great place to stay. Only thing is the walls are thin and I could hear our neighbours but it wasn’t anything crazy. Everyone was nice, rooms were clean It is a little out dated but a good option for a place to sleep

The fridge needed to be unplugged to operate the microwave oven. The stair way roof leaked & the stairs were slippery. There was a centipede in the shower. The hot water turned cold then hot again while taking a shower. There were not enough USB plugs at the desk. The whole building needs paint & upgrades.

I had a great stay at Motel 6 Niagara Falls! The location is super convenient—just about a 20-minute walk to the Falls. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room wasn’t huge, but it was spotless, well-kept, and had no bad smells at all. One of the best parts is the free parking, which is a huge bonus since most places around here charge for it. Another big plus is that they are very pet-friendly. I had two dogs with me, and there was no extra pet fee. They even have a dedicated pet floor, which made the stay so much easier and stress-free. Overall, great hospitality, clean rooms, and unbeatable value. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to any pet owners visiting Niagara Falls!

I drove down to Niagara Falls from Alberta and had a booking in the Motel 6, a week ago as they are a pet friendly place. The staff there are amazing people, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The motel and rooms are very clean, my room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I found the Motel 6 very comfortable and relaxing as it was for my dog Rommie too. I hope to stay there again on my next trip down as they made my visit there a really good one. Thank you to Motel 6 staff.
