My experience with Morse & Son Funeral Home started in 1991 when my father passed away. The care and attention to detail was second to none. Eighteen years later my sister passed away. The large amount of people that attended was dealt with professionally. When my husband died, I contacted Ernie, even though I didn’t live in Niagara Falls and it was during Covid. Yet again, Ernie handled the funeral preparations with genuine care and compassion. Three months later, my mother passed away. The Covid restrictions were very tight. Ernie was amazing getting us through another difficult time. Recently, my brother-in-law passed away. Ernie was away, but that didn’t stop him from flying back to tend to this funeral that was extremely well attended. Ernie isn’t just our funeral director, through the years he has become a friend of the family. Thank you! Allen and all the staff were so kind to myself and family during our time in need. The funeral service for my Father Courtney Thomas was sublime. From the moment I called to inquire about there services you felt the passion in there work. I worked with Allen via telephone all the way from North Carolina in the USA. And let me say his vision was well planned out. The day I arrived to meet with them the facility was astounding in history a funeral home from a book. The historical culture aesthetics in the building you can feel the history. My family and I were even able to dress my father with enough time and care from staff there ready if we needed them. Me being a nurse and attending many funerals this by far was the best place I have been to. Everyone who was present during the times I was there were so kind and passionate about what they do. I recommend Morse and Son to anyone in the Niagara region. Also with this funeral home the first in Canada that can tell you how much they mean to the community and the county of Canada. I thank you tremendously it’s not easy to plan a funeral but To Allen you will always have a place in my heart and my family you took care of my father and my family very well. There prices are amazing options and showroom are just beautiful. They take the time to explain the process and make sure you are hydrated during the process. With many rooms for family and friends to have time and space. There is even a small chapel for gatherings with food options available to families. THANK YOU SO MUCH I will remember this forever. Allen your hard work and commitment to what you do shows funerals are not like they were and many families don’t follow traditions in which they should. My father passed recently. He and his partner lived in the Falls. His partner was familiar with Morse & Son and it close for her and not far for myself. When I walked in, it was so beautiful, comfortable and interesting. There are amazing little gems the more you look around. Dayna was brave enough to take us on. I really wanted to take in this moment with him. His wish being cremation, I was fully aware it could be hard. I was prepared for whatever would be tattooed in my mind, more time with him is a fair gamble. There was so much chaos building around me. Dayna walked me in, and there was his beautiful face. It was one of those gifts that steals the air from your chest. A kindness that makes thank you feel useless. Replacing my imagine of him just days ago. I took in the moment and it was peaceful. Perhaps the only peaceful one that week, so it become so much more important. Dayna did everything possible for him. I will carry that kindness with me while I struggle through the rest. Dayna thank you for your grace. Thank you for making it a little easier on us, which probably made it harder on you. All of the people who put in time, who went out of your way, thank you. I owe more than 5 stars to this place.

Morse and Son has some of the most kind and compassionate funeral directors in the area. I have attended many beautiful services here and they took care of my daughter when she passed many years ago. It takes a very strong person to be in this line of work and Morse and Son should be proud to know that they employ some of the best.

Morse & Son helped me arrange a beautiful service for my husband Alfred two years ago and yet again for my brother Emilio just three months ago. Ernie and his staff were caring, compassionate and professional and helped me during a difficult time. They helped make the process of planning a funeral less stressful. I also appreciated having the Events Centre on their premises available for our family and friends for our meals during the visitations and also for the reception following the funeral. Excellent service, excellent meals. I would recommend their facility and services to everyone.
